Other Job Requirements / Qualifications:

The CDMA, EvDO, IXRTT Engineers are responsible for the design, optimization and implementation of wireless / cellular networks. These include existing and planned networks for cellular and digital mobile phone and data transmission networks. Responsibilities include assessing link budgets and design criteria, network dimensioning for coverage and capacity, network traffic engineering, and training of junior-level engineers. The CDMA/IXRTT/EvDO Engineer will act as a consultant, primarily to the wireless network operators and manufacturers to offer solutions on various engineering issues.

Must have direct experience working with various RF planning, data collection and post-processing, and performance monitoring hardware and software tools. Must be up to date with wireless technology development, telecommunications industry players, and the current trends in the wireless telecommunications industry.

Experience and/or Education:

All positions require minimum of Bachelor’s degree in EE or related field or equiv and 1-3 yrs experience in job offered or related position. Frequent travel required.

Design Engineer:

Design Engineer responsibility: analysis, design, implementation and enhancement of wireless telecommunications networks, including existing and planned networks for cellular and digital mobile phone and data transmission networks. Responsibilities include linking budgets, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity including traffic analysis, site equipment, initial system design and dimensioning, coverage planning, site identification and evaluation, frequency planning and interference analysis.

Senior Engineer:

Sr. Engineer is responsible for overseeing the design/optimization and deployment of mobile Wireless Networks which provides high-speed communication to fixed location users, using point to point or/and point to multi-point radios. Managing the design phase will include overseeing pre-deployment equipment analysis, and technology assessment, market analysis, radio network planning, site surveys, path analysis, access planning, interference analysis, demand planning, test and measurement of the equipment and interfacing with the market development team Senior RF Engineers, UMTS / GSM, CDMA and EvDO Parameters and features.

Tools like traffic modeling (Planet EV). Req.: MSEE, with at least three (3) years of exp. in RF Engineering. Relocation required.
